Funded in 1945 by a group of WWII veterans with spinal cord injuries (SCI), Canadian Paraplegic Association (CPA) is an organization that provides tailored services and programs for persons with SCI that help them conquer the challenges they face in everyday life.
CPA keeps the public informed via their website as well their YouTube channel – CPAOntario’s Channel. In addition to posting videos about events such as the Relay Challenge, they have come out with a webshow titled CPA Ontario TV. So far the webshow has released two episodes that have information about seated self-defense, pain, upcoming events, etc. Check out their channel to watch these videos and more!
