Sailing simulator ‘key in spinal cord injury rehabilitation’

A virtual therapeutic sailing simulator is an important part of the injury rehabilitation process after damaging the spinal cord, suggests research from the Kennedy Krieger Institute, Boston.

According to the study, participants used a hands on virtual simulator for 12 weeks, designed to help them learn how to sail safely.  Read the full story here.
