Burwood QoL Questionnaire
Description: The Burwood QoL Questionnaire is an assessment of QoL [1].
Format: 26 items covering 5 domains: systemic symptoms, and emotional, social, work and bowel function.
Scoring: Items contained in systemic symptoms, emotional function, social function, and work function are rated on a scale from 1 (never) to 5 (often). There is a specific scale for each item of the bowel function domain.
Administration and Burden: Self-administered.
